Legal and fiscal advice
In the area of legal and fiscal advice, the specialists in the DHK team are Corine Lekkerkerker and Iris Duinker. Corine and Iris both have a Master of Laws degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam. While studying for this degree they gained experience in the consultancy practice of DHK, and now continue to work here after graduating. These two young consultants have the intellectual skills required to formulate sound legal advice and the ability to express legal possibilities clearly and concisely.


VAT Fiscal Representatives
Through our subsidiary VAT Fiscal Representatives Holland B.V., we offer the option of acting as your fiscal representative. Team members Victor Dijkstra and Steven Diepenhorst have the necessary experience to handle both the registration procedure and the periodic obligations of the represented company. After you have supplied the information required, Victor and Steven carry out the work independently and if anything needs to be discussed they will be your personal point of contact.


Fiscal analysis
Cees van Zeijl is a VAT specialist with over thirty years of experience. He worked for a long time as a senior VAT inspector with the Dutch Tax & Customs Administration. Cees uses his expertise to give a clear, accurate picture of the VAT to be paid or reclaimed. He specialises particularly in the calculation and explanation of pro rata input tax of organisations whose turnover is partly VAT exempt and partly VAT liable. For these organisations, another important fiscal aspect is the calculation of the “integration levy” (integratieheffing) of VAT on real estate, and the review of VAT on movable property and real estate. Cees has made and checked many calculations of this kind. He has developed his own method for reporting the calculations in an efficient and verifiable format to the client and, if required, to the Tax & Customs Administration.
